Refund Timelines
Once the piece passes our quality check (usually within 48 hours of pickup), refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Exceptions
Engraved, resized and custom-made pieces cannot be returned, but they remain eligible for our lifetime exchange.

Bring back any Aurélle gold jewellery, at any time, and get 100% of the current gold value towards a new piece. Only making charges and stones are deducted.
