Yes. Every order ships free and fully insured across India until it is in your hands. Parcels travel in tamper-evident, unbranded packaging with a trusted courier partner.

Once your order ships we send a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email. You can also open Track Order with your order number and registered phone number.

For your security, high-value parcels are handed over only after an OTP verification sent to the registered mobile number. Please keep a government photo ID handy; the courier may ask to see it.

We currently deliver across India only. For overseas family members, many customers place the order to an Indian address or collect it from one of our stores. Write to us for help with international gifting.

Yes, 100%. Every gold piece carries the BIS hallmark with a unique 6-digit HUID code. You can verify it yourself in the government BIS Care app.

Karat tells you how much pure gold is in the alloy:

• 22K (916) – 91.6% gold, rich colour, ideal for traditional and bridal jewellery.
• 18K (750) – 75% gold, stronger, so it holds diamonds and gemstones securely.
• 14K (585) – 58.5% gold, the most durable, great for lightweight everyday wear.

Price = gold value (net weight × today's gold rate for that karat) + making charges + stone value (if any) + 3% GST. Every product page shows the full breakup, so there are no surprises.

Handcrafted pieces can vary slightly, by up to ±3% of the listed weight. You are always billed on the actual weight of the piece you receive, and any difference is adjusted or refunded.

Yes. Diamond jewellery comes with an IGI certificate and our own authenticity certificate listing carat weight, colour and clarity. Solitaires above 0.30 ct have their own individual grading report.

Our standard is EF colour, VVS–VS clarity natural diamonds with excellent cut. If you would like a different grade for a custom piece, our gemologists will walk you through the options.

Our catalogue features natural diamonds only. Lab-grown stones can be set in custom orders on request, and are always clearly declared on the invoice and certificate.

Yes. Certified diamond jewellery can be exchanged at 90% of the current diamond value, or bought back at 80%. Gold value is calculated at the day's rate.

Not in love with it? Return any unworn piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please keep the tags, certificate and original packaging intact.

Engraved, resized and custom-made pieces cannot be returned, but they remain eligible for lifetime exchange.

Bring back any Aurélle gold jewellery, at any time, and get 100% of the current gold value towards a new piece. Only making charges and stones are deducted. The original invoice makes it quicker, but it isn't mandatory.

Once the piece passes our quality check (usually within 48 hours of pickup), refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. UPI refunds are often faster.

Absolutely. Our stores test any gold with an XRF karat meter in front of you, then credit its full value against new Aurélle jewellery. There are no hidden melting charges.

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, and bank transfer for high-value orders. Every transaction is 100% secure and PCI-DSS compliant.

Yes. No-cost EMI is available for 3 and 6 months on leading credit cards for orders above ₹25,000, and standard EMI goes up to 12 months. Choose EMI at checkout to see your bank's plans.

Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹50,000 in serviceable pin codes. For higher-value orders we ask for prepayment to keep your parcel fully insured in transit.

Our Swarna Sanchay plan lets you pay a fixed monthly amount for 10 months, and we add the 11th instalment for you. You can redeem the total on any jewellery, with making charges waived up to the bonus value.

Yes. Share a sketch, photo or idea with our design studio. We send a 3D render within 3–5 days, and once you approve it the piece is handcrafted in about 3 weeks.

Our bridal stylists host private, complimentary consultations in-store or over video call. They help you plan every look, from haldi to reception, within your budget. We recommend booking 3–4 months before the wedding.

Rings, bangles, pendants and coins can be engraved with names, dates or a short message, free of charge on most pieces. Add your text at checkout; it adds 2–3 days to dispatch.

We love giving heritage pieces a new life. Our artisans can restore, polish, re-set stones or remodel an heirloom while keeping its soul intact. Bring it to any store for a free assessment.

Yes. Visit any Aurélle store for complimentary cleaning and polishing for life. We also check prongs and clasps so your stones stay secure.

Manufacturing defects are repaired free for 1 year. After that, our artisans handle repairs, from re-soldering chains to replacing lost stones, at transparent and nominal charges.
